  • Payment Procedure
Payment Procedure

Payment is required at the time of treatment. Direct Claiming from your private health fund is available through HICAPS and we take all major credit cards. Treatment covered by third party payers for either Workers Compensation or Motor Vehicle Insurance can be billed directly once a claim number has been issued and liability accepted. A doctor’s referral is required by the insurance company for these patients.

If you do not have Extras cover on your Private Health Insurance, an account can be provided and can be paid by regular monthly installments.

We will make every effort to ensure your out of pocket expense is kept to a minimum. However, we will attempt to match their promise of low gap treatment once the procedure is explained to you.
